All high quality rods and reels, bait and terminal tackle is supplied. You are welcome to bring along your own fishing gear, please let us know beforehand so we can organise space on deck.
Price for a full day fishing charter is $300 per person. The minimum number of people required is 6, the maximum is 12.
We supply a crayfish lunch as well as cool drinks and water. Sunscreen will also be available on board.
You will take home your fair share of the day’s catch and there is also a chance of fresh crayfish out of our pots which can be pulled as on optional add on to your Fishing Charter.

Departure time is between 5 am and 6 am. We aim to be back by 2 pm.

If you are concerned about motion sickness, we recommend not to consume any milk or dairy products prior to departure. Additionally, you could seek advice on taking motion sickness medication.

Meeting point is the Jurien Bay Boat Harbour off Harbour Drive. Your crew will be waiting for you aboard 'Platinum' parked up at the floating pontoon behind the information bay. Please be there 15 minutes prior to departure.

Charters run daily depending on weather conditions.

Any Fishing Charters cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances will either be rescheduled or fully refunded.
A Cancellation Fee of 50% of the full price applies to all Fishing Charter cancellations received less than 7 days before departure of the trip.

No Refund in case of no show.

Ours skippers have been fishing the waters around Jurien Bay for the better part of 20 years and it is safe to say they are in the know of the best fishing spots.
With many different types of fish inhabiting our waters, an action-packed day is guaranteed!
All high quality rods and reels, terminal tackle and bait are supplied to help reeling in that big one.

Key Information

The charter fishing boat is a 10.5 metre aluminium vessel named ‘Platinum’.
Fishing Charters are priced at $300.00 per person; or exclusively hire the boat for the day for $2500.00 (max. 12 people).
Departure time is around 6:00 am and we aim to return by 2:00 pm.
Please be at the Jurien Bay Boat Harbour 15 minutes prior to departure of the trip.

Sometimes it’s good to have all of the work taken care of. Before a fishing trip, it’s usually up to you to organise supplies and ready the boat, but on a charter the Skipper and crew do all of the preparations – and the clean-up.

The waters off Jurien Bay are plentiful with quality eating dermersal fish like Dhu Fish and Pink Snapper, so let our local crew show you some of those secret spots for your chance to reel in that fish of a lifetime.

From December to April the Spanish Mackerels migrate off the coast along with Dolphin Fish and Yellow Fin Tuna. These are classed as pelagic fish and it’s an awesome thrill to catch them!

A Fresh Perspective on What to Do in Jurien Bay

There is always something new to learn. Our professional & dedicated staff have been fishing for decades, they are a source of wisdom and know-how and they don’t mind sharing.
Have the option to either fish with bait or try your luck at jigging with a selection of soft and hard lures available.
On all our Fishing Charters we offer to pull our Lobster Pots as an optional add on for your chance to catch and keep some crayfish on top of your fair share of the day’s catch of fish.

Have you ever returned from a fishing trip without a single catch? It’s happened to all of us. It’s fair to say that our Skippers are in the know about where you have to be to catch fish, combining their equipment with their experience. Jurien Bay being the Skippers’ home town for over 30 years increases your chance of a successful day chasing fish.

The Novice

We cater for beginners through to the experienced fisherman.
If you have a friend who’s a fishing novice, an excellent way to lift their excitement levels is through charter fishing.
Charter fishing could be an awe inspiring adventure for the novice.
We will guide you through the day with helpful tips and tricks to help land that unforgettable catch.
Even once the day has ended we will clean and prepare your catch for you to take home and enjoy the fresh fruits of the sea.
There is no dress code for the charters but we suggest you clothe to the conditions of the day.
You are welcome to bring along your own fishing gear, please let us know beforehand so we can organise space on deck.

It is not recommended to drink milk or consume any dairy products before venturing out on the water. Seek advice on sea sickness tablets if you suffer from motion sickness or if you worry you might.

We supply a crayfish lunch as well as cool drinks and water. Sunscreen will also be available on board. BYO alcohol.
Please bring an esky to take your catch home but leave it in the car as we have plenty of cold storage on the boat.
